Psychopharmacology

Dr. Sicher and Dr. Scott-Hawkins are knowledgable in evidence-based practice and use psychopharmacology to treat psychiatric illness when indicated.   We provide psychopharmacology treatment as well as combined medication management and psychotherapy services. If you already have a therapist, we will work collaboratively with other providers.

Sessions

Initial Evaluation (child <12 years old): 120 mins

Initial Evaluation (child/adolescent >12 years old): 90 mins

Initial Evaluation (adult): 60 mins

Medication management: 30mins

Therapy with or without medication management: 50 mins

Office Policies

 

  • Dr. Sicher and Dr. Scott-Hawkins are "out of network provider", they do not accept any insurance plan but can provide a superbill, which may be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.  Please check with your insurance carrier about their policies on out of network coverage.

  • Cancellation and No Show policy:  Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.  No shows are also billed. 

 

  • Unless otherwise specified, you will be billed at the time of service.

 

  • Credit card info/authorization is required to keep on file.

 

  • We will do our best to be available for phone calls for questions/concerns before 5pm.  We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours, though this is not always possible. 

  • If you or your child are having an emergency or need to be attended to urgently you should go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.   

 

  • Please allow up to 72 hours for medication refills.
